About TempMailyo

TempMailyo gives you a private, temporary email inbox in one click, so you can sign up for things without handing out your real address.

Why it exists

Too many websites want an email address before they show you anything. Once they have it, you can’t take it back: it gets added to marketing lists, shared, and sometimes leaked. A temporary inbox lets you say yes to the form without saying yes to everything that comes after.

What we believe

How it’s built

The website, mail receiving, and storage run on Cloudflare. The backend is based on the open-source cloudflare_temp_email project, changed to be receive-only and to reject unknown addresses and oversized mail. You can read how each step works in how our inbox works.

What happens to your data

Each inbox lasts 24 hours from the moment it’s created. After that, an hourly cleanup deletes the address and its messages, usually within a few hours. You can delete a message or the whole inbox sooner, which removes it immediately. Attachments are removed before a message is stored. The full details are in our privacy policy.

How we handle misuse

Temporary email can be misused, so we limit how many inboxes one network can create in a short time, and our acceptable use policy forbids fraud, harassment, bulk account creation, and dodging another service’s bans or limits. We review every report sent through our abuse page, and we may block addresses, networks, or domains that break these rules.

Who runs it

TempMailyo is operated by the operator of tempmailyo.com.
